test: Add web and admin route tests for contact module#3

- Configured `tests/TestCase.php` to handle isolated testing of Juzaweb module routes by mocking Hooks, providing `Theme` Facades, and setting fallback translation config. - Created `ContactRouteTest` to verify that unauthenticated users are redirected from admin routes. - Validated web storage logic, asserting validation error responses on empty POST, and successful database inserts / email notifications on valid payload. - Configured `TestCase` to use Orchestra testbench with SQLite in memory database. - Registered core Service Providers (`HooksServiceProvider`, `QueryCacheServiceProvider`) and Facades (`Theme`, `Hook`) necessary to run module tests. - Added `ContactRouteTest` covering: - Unauthorized redirect on admin `/contacts` and edit views. - Validation failure redirect on web `contact.store`. - Database persistence and `ThankNotification` dispatching on valid contact submissions.
