Adding support for the emscripten-4x packages.
Concerning ui-tests, I commented out the stdin test which doesn't seem to work due to some conflict with galata selectors idk.
Will also disabled the tests on cross origin isolation for which tests are broken for too long. This is a niche feature anyway.
