The current Connect-Graph function doesn't support connecting to other Azure AD tenants as it always identifies the tenant from the UPN of the logging in user. This PR adds an optional parameter to manually specify and override the behaviour as it is critical when attempting to authenticate against other tenants via Azure AD B2B access.
