An 8-phase development workflow for Claude Code

One command gives you the full infrastructure: project memory, documentation, specialized agents, automation hooks, security framework, quality gates, and CI/CD — all adapted to your detected stack.

Installation

# Copy the Ignite/ folder into your project root, then:
/project-workflow-init

What's Included

  • 12 stack profiles with auto-detection (Python, Rust, Go, Node, Java, PHP, Ruby, Generic)
  • 5 specialized agents — Lorekeeper, Inquisidor, Sentinel, backend/frontend workers
  • 7 automation hooks — session lifecycle, commit gates, code quality enforcement
  • Adaptive UX — auto-detects experience level (Guided: 0-2 prompts / Advanced: full control)
  • Cerbero security framework (v0.9) — supply-chain screening, CVE detection, prompt injection patterns
  • Mid-way integration — detects existing code/config, merges without overwriting
  • Dry-run preview — see exactly what gets generated before confirming
  • Compound engineering — SCRATCHPAD graduation + cross-session learning
