Hi, changes up to 3CAC are a basic CLI to use this as a build tool (e.g. I use this with SublimeText to build/preview my markdown files).
An additional improvement here could be a '-css ' option to override the styling with an external CSS file.
The more recent changes after 3CAC are changes to the CSS. These might not be to your taste :)
