Caserta version

New release of the ttprocessing package.
New features:

  • ttsoil equations (calibrations from the TTsoil manual) are implemented in the ttSoilDataProcessing function. The equations are labelled as S1-S7, each for a specific sensor and soil bulk density level.
  • rolling window estimation of delta T max over several days is implemented in the clean4DDataRollingWindow function. The width of the rolling window can be set by the user with the window.length parameter (default value = 7).

Additional information (valid also for the previous release):

  • In the clean4DData function the delta T max is estimated for each calendar day (24h).
  • In the clean4DDataNight function the deltaT max is the maximum value of deltaT during nighttime, for each calendar day.
  • These two functions are available in the Graphical User Interfaces, that can be launched through the lauchGUI and launchGUINight functions respectively.
  • Sap flux is calculated according to the Do et al. 2011 equation, (do_sap_flow of the clean4DData output table), and to the equation in Asgharinia et al. (2022) (column asgharinia_sap_flow in the clean4DData output table).
  • Stem water content can be calculated for beech and oak, according to the calibrations in Asgharinia et al. (2022) by specifying properly the species parameter.
