Need additional clarification or have a question that isn't listed here?

Join the ELO Support server

I have hit the registration limit, how do I increase it?

We support a premium model with the bot in order to pay for hosting, support and continued development. You can upgrade your registration limit by visiting our patreon page

Users may bypass the registration restrictions by voting at top.gg prior to registering for your server.

NOTE: Only 20 users per server can use the voting method.

How do I set a ready/result channel?

This command is part of "LobbySetup" commands (listed in =Help), these commands need to be used in the lobby channel (the one you wrote =CreateLobby in) Set up Result- and/or Ready announcement channels

Write these commands in the lobby you want the announcements from

=setresultchannel #channel

=setreadychannel #channel

I can't get premium using my paypal balance:

You can't "subscribe" to a monthly subscription service with PayPal balance - at least without linking a CC first. PayPal requires a Visa/Mastercard connected to the PayPal account for subscription services. PayPal will use your card details for payments so make sure there is balance on the card.

How does voting work (vote command)

So.. your players use the =vote/result command to vote the result themselves.

Keep in mind : it can be used IN the lobby channel or in another channel. IF used outside the lobby - you need to include the lobby you're voting result for, if not you can ignore the "lobby" part.

=Vote

Aliases: vote, gameresult, result

vote <lobbyChannel> <gameNumber> <voteState>

vote <gameNumber> <voteState>

For the players that won: =vote #lobby gameid won/win

For the players that lost: =vote #lobby gameid lose/lost

Otherwise moderators and admins can use game lobby gameid team1/team2 [comment] to specify a winner. Comment is optional

The youtube tutorial is outdated

Keep in mind that the tutorials on YouTube is for a older version.. some commands changed names, and more was added.. but they sure can help you out. All commands are listed and described in =Help as well. To create your first lobby/queue we have a channel in the ELO Support server which might be of help, check out the #how-to-setup channel
