Removing the need to include a postgres image with the build. This PR uses an upcomming rindexer feature to introduce a lighter weight database to the mix. Ideally this will result in a smaller dappnode package. *Might actually be better to support both. Depends on joshstevens19/rindexer#346 Together with the branch release https://github.com/bh2smith/rindexer/pkgs/container/rindexer
