All of the maps and plots are contained in the plots/ directory, however, it should be noted that the maps have no background. Therefore, they are all contained in the pdf main.pdf, in which the list of figures should be hyperlinked.

This code is written with the idea that it is stored as the environment variable FRED_API_KEY.

Get a Census Key

Go to the U.S. Census Bureau's Developer Site and request an API Key. This process should take a few minutes.

Zillow's public data can be accessed here. Data for the Atlanta plot comes from the HOME VALUES Time series. The data type is ZHVI Single-Family Homes Time Series ($) and the Geography is ZIP Code
