Fixing up package.json

• Modified the way tests are called for cross platform testing
• Added a 'build' package script for running gulp

Thanks for the contribution. Looks like the CI cd pipeline needs revisited too before I test and merge this. I'll take a look at why things are failing as soon as I get some time. It's been a very long time since I modified this project in any meaningful way :)

@joshbtn Thanks and your welcome. I'm really interested in trying to push these related projects into a prettier plugin and some other things so I'm trying to get everything updated and in sync. No huge rush as I have more to do on my side.

@joshbtn I read over the CI errors and it looks like it might just require a package-lock file so I went ahead and generated one and pushed it. Please try it again.
