Version 1.41

The time option was renamed to time-shift and this release includes support for making more than one time shift action per rule. You can do this like:

--time-shift=2h3m1s (this will add 2 hours, 2 minutes, and 1 second to each packet)
--time-shift=-1h (this will subtract 1 hour from each packet)
--time-shift=2h,-1m (this will add 2 hours and subtract 1 minute from each packet)
