While working with @isakelaris today we discovered that we could add some endpoints that would be handy for her as she works with the email template side of things. We paired on this approach and I wanted to push it up so that she could see where things stood and possibly do this same operation for the email version:
/templates/email/list
This is still WIP until I come back and deal with the params.
