Hi, first of all nice changes. Hope it will get to some release :)

Wanted to let you know that I've tried to use this version and it has some issues with installation. It doesn't list six in setup.py requirements and installation breaks on trying to import sendfile.__init__.py (version = __import__('sendfile').__version__). __init__.py imports six before distutils installs it.
