An LDAP lookup tool

To run this on your machine:

1. Clone the repository
2. Copy config.example.php to config.php
3. Edit config.php to taste, specifically add your LDAP credentials information
4. Copy the static directory from URI-Modern into the root level of this application
5. Done.
