converting raw h264 video into MP4 container for easy playing
I refernced the ffmpeg-tsmuxer by Akagi201 (https://github.com/Akagi201/ffmpeg-tsmuxer/blob/master/main.c) and iFrameExtractor by alb423 (https://github.com/alb423/iFrameExtractor)
the project is compilable on XCode 7.2.1 with FFMPEG
