Features implemented:

  1. OpenAI, Azure voice services
  2. Playback controls with pause, play, stop, and seek in the status bar for all services
  3. Playback speed controls for all services
  4. Custom user defined RegExp filters for text input
  5. Enable plugin on Andoid (excluding SpeechSynthesis service)

Sorry for the delay.
I've found some issues while testing the new features.
Like the seekbar still shows up even if it's no longer speaking, and configuring a new service is also a bit difficult, having it be modals with no confirmation buttons feels weird.
