• This update fixes some bugs
• New watch face select menu
• New experimental watch face (this watch face uses only images, can be a litle slow)

These versions are trial versions, for those who want to test Pinetime Lite and do not want to compile the code, however keep in mind that it is work in progress, there are errors and things that may not be working. It is not recommended to install it on a sealed device. Install it only if you're ready to brick your device and reinstall it using the SWD interface.

• Notifications, with app identification
• Incoming call notification
• Backlight timeout config
• Screen wake up on double tap or single tap

• Multi watch faces ( 9 )
• Firmware update, now with high-speed transfer mode.
• Settings saved to external flash
• External resources, images and icons, are now in the external flash
• Weather app
• Sample app to show the accelerometer ( this app my not be included in future releases )

Problems :

• The installation of Resources and Firmware needs the screen to be on.
• After the firmware update, goto to the "Firmware" menu and do a manual restart.

Install Steps :

1. First install the firmware (pinetime-lite-0.6.0.bin.fw)
2. Install the resources file (pinetime-lite_0.6.0.res)

• After each installation you must restart the smartwatch.

• If you are already on version 0.3.0 or greater you can use the Web app
  • https://home.joaquim.org/pinetime/ (this version is only working on chrome for windows)
  • In the Web app you can update the Firmware and the Resources ( This is work in progress )
• On android you can use the Gadgetbridge to update the firmware and the resources.

Install Steps :

Android app - If you have already installed another version of Gadgetbridge you must remove it before installing this version.

Use the Gadgetbridge_for_Pinetime_0.2.0-lite in android to upload the Firmware and the Resources.

• Install dfu-lite-0.2.0.zip using Gadgetbridge
• After the smartwatch rebooted validate the new firmware in "Firmware Menu"
• Install pinetime-lite_0.2.0.res, open the file pinetime-lite_0.2.0.res with Gadgetbridge
  this is "Work In Progress", at the end an error may appear, but the resources are installed correctly. ( Resources may fail to install if the screen is off. )

Android app

If you have already installed another version of Gadgetbridge you must remove it before installing this version.
