This PR updates the Google Forms creation script to make questions optional by default. It introduces a new --required command-line flag to allow users to make questions mandatory if desired.

Changes:

  • Refactored the logic for building the batch update requests into a new function generate_batch_requests in core/google_form_creator.py to improve testability.
  • Added the --required argument to main.py.
  • Added comprehensive unit tests for the request generation logic.
  • Updated documentation in docs/USAGE.md and docs/USAGE.es.md.
