I really like this. The effect is much smoother and nicer on the eyes.

I haven't looked at the code though...

That's a nice effect with the multiple sections that push each other off-screen. I also agree that the fixed header should be scrolled off the page rather than artificially slid up when it nears the top. Nice job.
