The wit api and basic rust modifications are done. I am working on first just filling out the API and then going back and making sure that the parsers are extracting the correct and enough information later |

Expanding parser to work with PE and MachO files.
This is a pretty large PR because it requires a refactor of the
witfile which in turn requires a rewrite of basically all of the rust code as well as typescript.This will complete #2
