This repo is a collection of files that utilize the Jaeger et. 2013 Arabidopsis flowering model (in R) to predict flowering time.
#jaeger_model This file contains the code for the equations in the Jaeger et al. 2013 model. In addition, it also has code for parameter optimization and outputting optimized parameter numbers in a csv file.
