Next Collect 2.0

This version introduces a significant better of next-collect that is more stable, compatible with Next.js >= 13 and is based on Segment protocol (thanks to @vklimontovich/segment-protocols!)

This release is still in beta, though it's stable enough to use in production. Wait for a couple of weeks for production release

If you're using old version next-collect@0.2.* you should migrate. It's easier to set up the config from scratch.
