Start up Wallframe:

roscore

then to start the user tracker:

roslaunch modulair_tracker center_tracker.launch

for the infobar standalone:

rosrun modulair_core modulair_infobar.py

for the app manager standalone:

rosrun modulair_core app_manager.py

roslaunch modulair_core modulair_core.launch

should launch the app manager, the app menu, and the infobar. (testing this now)
