v1.00 Release

This is the first public release of ZGChoir. The ZGChoir application is now feature-complete and this release includes installers for Windows and MacOS/X, as well as a prepared-source-code package (Linux users will have to compile it themselves per the instructions in the HOW_TO_BUILD.txt file).
