These functions streamline the process of making new relations between collections. You just call ```make_relation(collection1, collection2)``` and it creates a relation between them. The function returns True and False depending on whether the relation is made or not. There is the optional parameter to stop the function from adding multiple relations to two collections - ```add_multiple_relations```. N.B. I wasn't sure where to put these functions

I agree that this isn't the "right" approach, but I don't know much about this feature so keeping it here for reference.
