- ground: Add "Prior Art" probe (step 3) between Pain and Stakes. Agent must check what exists before proceeding.
- explore: Add Landscape survey as required first step. Search for existing solutions before divergent thinking begins.
- stress: Add three challenge vectors (Audience, Differentiation, Assumptions) before scenario stress tests.
