BSIT graduate and Onsite Technical Support Engineer with growing experience in troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and basic network administration. I’m currently preparing for the CCNA to strengthen my fundamentals in routing, switching, and network security. I’m passionate about IT infrastructure and aim to transition into network or systems administration roles as I continue learning and sharpening my skills.
