DMS tool now supports decimal minutes.
Circle and buffer tools accept float inputs.
Buffer tool can now be used to select several features (also from different layers) instead of just one.
Removed feature's copying tool that became redundant.
The length or area of the shape being drawn appears in the status bar while drawing.
It is now possible to draw into an existing memory layer instead of creating a new layer for each drawing.
