Summary

switch StatusHTTPRequestHandler to CGIHTTPRequestHandler
add status_login.py CGI script for user/password check
expose status file and credentials via environment variables
drop redirect-based login flow and document new CGI usage

Testing

pytest -q (fails: ModuleNotFoundError and SyntaxError)
