redesign route, system route, settings, and route-edit interfaces for a cleaner and more consistent macOS tool experience. add design/README.md and design/STYLE_GUIDE.md as canonical ui references. add ui-style-governance spec and archive the completed openspec change. enforce style-guide alignment for future ui proposals and reviews.
