MC ontology updated for extended form

N3 ontology extended with new properties and classes to integrate the changes of the extended MC form: http://movecommons.org/test-form2/

The properties mc:sharesFundingSource and all mc:shares* have
rdfs:range rdfs:Resource ;
but maybe they should have
rdfs:range foaf:Page ;

I still left them with the more general option to allow the specification of types of funding sources, etc.
