PlaceOpt is a GPU-accelerated post-placement buffering and sizing tool. It uses differentiable optimization to co-optimize cell sizing, buffer insertion, and VT swapping to achieve PPA objectives. I have mainly developed it for the ISPD 2026 contest but will probably improve it to target other use cases.
