Could you provide the proofs of the suggested changes working? I am out of the android for long time and used to follow the steps and add the instructions after applying it on a sample project. It'll be great if you provide step by step tutorial, creating a GIF and attach it with the code review for showing it's well tested steps before I approve and merge the PR.
