z encji nie chcemy usunąć, tylko z AppointmentBookingEto, bo jedyne użycie AppointmentBookingEto#specialistId jest w findAppointmentUc.hasConflictingAppointment gdzie specialistId da się wyciągnąć z treatment (więc tego nie potrzebujemy). Zaraz wypushuję edycję tego TODO
