[Brief Introduction]

My name is Jared, and I am a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in cybersecurity. I have a deep passion for cybersecurity and am particularly enthusiastic about ethical hacking and exploring critical topics in the field. With 17 years of service in the United States Army, I bring discipline and dedication to my pursuits. In my personal time, I enjoy creating memories with my family, traveling, visiting theme parks, reading, attending concerts, and embracing the outdoors.

I am currently working on my Masters in Cybersecurity.

My journey in learning about computers has ignited a strong passion for cybersecurity, driving me to pursue a career in this dynamic field. I am eager to transition into a role within a Security Operations Center (SOC) as a Tier 1 Analyst, where I can leverage my skills to monitor and mitigate threats, or as a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst, where I can contribute to developing robust security policies and ensuring organizational compliance.
