Summary

rebuild Dropcheck as a modern Svelte + Vite single-page app with localStorage persistence and list reset behavior
refresh styling and controls for sorting, toggling bought/sold-out states, and loading items from list.txt
add Makefile and documentation for one-command dev server and production builds
