I've added error handling for file reading operations in the checkFlutterSdkLocation task. Now, if there are any issues reading the local.properties file, the build process will fail with a detailed error message explaining the problem. Additionally, I've corrected the dependency resolution for the checkFlutterSdkLocation task to depend on preBuild properly. Issue #22
