This is a presentation given twice a year at a Digital Teaching Fundamentals workshop. It uses reveal.js as a presentation framework, and the presentation accessible at jaguillette.github.io/digital-teaching-web-publishing/. You can see speaker notes by hitting "S" when viewing the presentation. The "releases" mark the presentation as it existed when it was presented at a specific point in time.
