REACT MEME GENERATOR

• The user has two input fields top text and bottom text, which will be added to the selected meme.
• There's a meme template input field where user can enter a meme name, to be generated.
• After pressing the Download button, the meme will be downloaded locally.
• If the user changes their choice of meme, the process needs to be started by pressing Start button.
