Cascade Calibration

Sequential calibration:

1. % diagnosed by 2010, stratified by VCT / PICT. (altering VCT / PICT rates)
2. Proportion entering care by route, C1. (altering linkage rates)
3. Proportion initiating ART by route, ArtRoute. (altering linkage rates)
4. CD4 distribution at entry to care.
5. CD4 distribution at ART initiation.
6. % initiating ART per year.

Calibration issues / thoughts

Need to discuss C1 in time split 3. As all HIV-positive individuals will have received an HIV test here, are we to assume that HCT should completely dominate here and nobody (or only those diagnosed before HCT) should be entering care through VCT / PICT
