I solved this problem my figuring out when we were in a state where the user had searched for something, but was getting no valid results. When we are in that state, now we do not listen for the "enter" key press.

  • Added a standalone example that was my main testing and debugging example
  • Something was wrong with devbox so I made that better.

look like there's a valid option selected.

To try to do this in a cleaner way I had to move around some logic.

There's probably more refactors that would make this process better.
