变更说明
修复了服务端模版下载中下载失败的情况，问题在于封装方法通过 http 封装，自动带 token，但错误处理有问题。修改为使用axios，手动设置 headers，同时还可以让错误更容易捕获
变更readme中内容，修改部分错误，更新项目构建方法
暂时去除组件声明，防止自动修改出错
