This PR is going to be a draft for now, but it contains all of the changes that are going to be released in the 1.6.0 APWorld currently in development.
It includes Location Groups and Item Groups as new features, as well as Universal Tracker support! Some locations have been renamed for consistency, therefore this APWorld isn't 100% backwards compatible with previous versions. It also hides the DLC options from the YAML template. We can unhide the DLC options when they actually do something and are properly implemented.
