Currently Bower is set to use AngularJS 1.3.x which is too restrictive.
This change allows AngularJS versions: >=1.3.0 and < 2.0.0
Tested with Angular 1.5.x: https://github.com/paulhitz/yet-another-rest-client/blob/master/bower.json
Resolves issue #13 and #10.
