Краткое описание решаемой задачи: Согласно варианту 21 лабораторной 1 брем фамилии и имена из списка, проверяем их на валидность, форматируем в нужный вид и в алфавитном порядке сохраняем в файл sorted_names. Краткое описание работы кода: Читаем файл через argparse, валидация имен регулярными выражениями, используем re.match() для проверки имен, with open() для безопасной работы с файлами
