Addresses the feature request and closes #1172 for a left aligned (inline) label for the combobox field.

• Input Group
• Multiselect Dropdown
• Select
• Text Input
• Textarea

How does this change work?
Adds the inline attribute that when used adjusts the visual layout of the label to be placed next to the form field.
