CDataFileHeadをプリペンドを行う対応を行いました。プレフィックスを追加するかどうかを制御するキーワード
OutputTPQDataHeadをCalcmodに追加し、デフォルトを0(オフ)にしています。TEでも使えるのでキーワード名が不適切かもしれませんが、他にあまり良い名前が思いつきませんでした。
