R markdown code for managing all quantitative data for the cognitive flexibility and TBI study. This data management was suppemented with Excel and SPSS. Local addresses for importing xlsx files have been changed for privacy. Absolutely no PHI was included.
This study included 66 participants who had TBI and 66 who acted as non-injured control participants.
All 132 participants received the same six cognitive task:
Alternative Uses Task (AUT)
Go/No-Go Test (GNG)
D-KEFS Sorting Test
Water Jar Problem task (WJ)
Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST)
Snowy Picture Test (SPT).
