TomogramandTiltImageAlignment, plus new columns inMovieandBeamLineSetup. These changes were agreed some time ago, see Extend ISPyB for cryo-ET and electron diffraction ispyb-database-modeling#73Tomogramtable. Olof has been consulted via email and has okayed the change. Previously, at DLS we tried to reference these files from theAutoProcProgramAttachmenttable, and/or the app "knew" where they were by convention, but obviously these were not good solutions.
