Async creation mode; Apache Ignite

Known issues for this release:

• Limited support for security groups in Openstack. Current rules allow all the traffic ingress and egress.
• You may notice a role named jupyterhub - it's senseless to use for now.
• Links to workers and in YARN web-interface are wrong if you don't have DNSaaS in your Openstack (it uses hostnames instead of public IPs)

Initial opensource release

Look through Readme file for the whole list of features.

The following issues are known for now.

• No Openstack security groups support for now. So if your Openstack environment uses it, cluster will not work correctly.
• You may notice a role named jupyterhub - it's senseless to use for now.
• You will see that links in Spark WebUI are broken since they use instances hostnames instead of floating IPs
• Only Ubuntu 14.04 is supported for now as guest system
